Refund and Cancellation Policy

Here we are committed to providing transparent, ethical, and patient-centric services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to online payments made through our website www.kogmed.com for consultations, procedures, investigations, and other healthcare services.

1. Appointment Cancellation

 

  • Patients may request cancellation of an appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may not be eligible for a refund, as the slot is reserved exclusively for the patient.

  • In case of emergency or unavoidable circumstances, refund decisions will be taken at the discretion of the management.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made accidentally.

  • Payment debited but appointment not confirmed due to technical issues.

  • Service not provided due to cancellation from our side (doctor unavailability, technical issues, etc.).

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Consultation already completed.

  • Procedure, injection, or investigation already initiated or completed.

  • No-show by the patient without prior cancellation.

  • Change of mind after service delivery.

3. Procedure & Treatment Payments

  • Payments made for procedures, surgeries, injections, PRP/GFC, regenerative therapies, investigations, or packages are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.

  • If a procedure is cancelled before initiation, partial or full refund may be considered after deduction of administrative or processing charges.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of transaction (UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, etc.).

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.

5. Technical Errors & Failed Transactions

  • In case of a failed transaction where the amount is debited, the refund will be processed automatically by the bank/payment gateway within 5–7 working days.

  • If the refund is not received within this period, patients are requested to contact us with transaction details and proof of payment.
